Our team at Fire Safety.London is educated & experienced. 25+ years of Fire Safety Consulting in London. We are a a specialist provider of fire safety engineering solutions to the residential & commercial property sectors with pragmatic ideas that strive for fire safety excellence.
What?
Fire Safety.London works directly with home owners, architects, builders, project managers, surveyors and consulting engineers to help them obtain Building Control approval from their Local Authority or Approved Inspector in those cases where projects demand more than the traditional means of achieving compliance with the Fire Safety Regulations.
We offer a personalised and project focused service to clients delivering bespoke fire engineering solutions to allow preferred building layouts whilst safely achieving compliance with the statutory obligations imposed by Part B1 to the current Building Regulations. Our services are sought after where the layouts of private dwelling houses, flats and commercial units do not readily sit within prescriptive guidance.
How?
We will work with you & your project team to understand your project needs & develop a fee proposal. Then we work on a fire safety design solution for your project needs to achieve fire safety (Part B1) compliance. This will allow you to decide whether the solutions proposed are acceptable and affordable. This may require you to liaise with third party trade contractors etc. to price works.
